That’s why we have a 3:1 mentorship model. Between the Lead Consultant, Strategic Advisor, and Sprint Specialist, your child is supported, held accountable, and re-energised at every stage.
Parents receive regular updates through the Lead Consultant and are invited to key checkpoints like the Final Pitch. We keep you informed while allowing your child to take ownership of their journey.
Sessions are typically weekly or biweekly, and designed to fit around school. Students work on projects in manageable sprints with built-in support, not added stress.
Students present a Final Pitch and can choose to renew for deeper work or move into Launch Pad, our university applications programme. We help families decide what’s best for the student’s growth stage.
